This is among the best books that I have read so far. I really liked different sections of topics covered for Naplex with format similar to Naplex. Best thing about this book is the CDROM that came with the book and has many questions in real Naplex like format with full explanations, why the answer is right or wrong. I have heard good things from many of my friends who have cleared Naplex and are working as Pharmacists. I would highly recommend this book to everyone serious about Naplex.

Overall, it can't hurt to know the stuff in the book. But if you're taking the CPJE...the material in the book was not specific enough/in-depth enough to be of any help. The book covers mostly general information, and has a couple chapters that wasn't even necessary for either the NAPLEX or the CPJE.

Excellent question and answer book for practicing your skills with naplex style questions along side the APHA comprehensive review for pharmacy. It comes with a CD-rom which enables you to customize exams like they would be on the NAPLEX and time yourself as well. You can also practice brand and generic names on it. A must buy!

This is an amazing question & answer book...really, it's helpful
But I advise any pharmacist to study a full material first, by that the book will be more powerful.

this book has sections covers different areas in the exam. i personally bought it for my wife and she has no complains about it. you need the Pharmacology book beside it.

I liked the book.It's very precise but the biggest problem is the CD-Rom is not compatible with windows Vista and I couldn't use it at all.The other sections in the book are nicely covered.I was hoping to give simulated exam but after paying for the book and CD i still have to read the questions on paper.
Make sure you have windows XP or 2000 before buying the book.

I'm so happy with with book,even though i have an older version of the same book, this was different specially with this chapter about the health care equipments.what i like the most about this book is the detailed explanasion of the answers and also the 30 cases at the last chpter are excellent . you can actually use them as a measure of your level,just don't look at the answers till you finish the case and see how many you got right and how good were you in guessing.

This book was really, really helpful in preparing me for the NAPLEX because it has plenty of questions to work on. Every question has an explanation in the back that you can look at and the authors even cite where the answer came from. The CD was also very helpful too. The book and the CD arrived in pristine condition about 3 days after I ordered it.

this book has several mistakes, misprints, and WRONG info in it. in fact...our school decided to stop using it as a review book for the last year students because there was so many discrepancies. not worth your money. Get Rxprep instead.

I will recommend this book both for the FPGEE and NAPLEX. The only disappointing thing about the purchase was that it wasn't properly packed so when it arrived, it was all bent being that it was paperback.
