Good Reading :)
I enjoy reading the book, it is very informative and not too difficult to read given that I don't have a strong background in linguistics.

nothing of popular science
The book doesn't seem to be intended for a lay readership as it purports to be. Instead,it's fairly technical in terminology and statistics. For a better understanding of it,get yourself prepared in the basic knowledge of linguistic structure and psycholinguistics.
