Jerry's album "Language of Love" is the best he's done from his voice's quality point of view. I believe when jerry cut this album he was at his peak in terms of voice control and vibration quality. If you compared the smoothness and melowness of his voice quality in this album with all his other ones you would find that while the songs in this album flows along seemlessly and with a honey sweet effect all his other productions seems not able to achieve this wonderful level of quality effect. Mind you all his other works are of extremely high quality however this one is the rare exceptional touching on perfection.

I love Jerry Vale, and "The Language Of Love" is in my opinion by far his best album. The songs and the arrangements suit his wonderful voice perfectly. These are sweetly beautiful romantic songs that bear listening to again and again. If you only have one Jerry Vale album, "The Language Of Love" should be it. ("Till The End Of Time" isn't in the same class, but it is a fine bonus.)

Every song speaks from the heart and Jerry's voice was at its peak. If you love romantic ballads from the heart, RUN don't walk to get this cd.

Jerry Vale's best albums were recorded in the sixties, and this digitally remastered, 2-for-1 Picture CD is a good example of Vale's early 60's vocal artistry. Sometimes the digital sound of a CD version of a vinyl LP is less than desirable, but THIS IS NOT THE CASE with this CD release. On this CD you can hear instruments playing in the background that you never heard on the original vinyl LPs, and Jerry's vocals are crisp, clear and ringing. The "Till The End Of Time" half of this CD contains the lyrical vocals to some of the Classical Masterpieces. For example, "So Near Yet So Far" is the vocal version of "Liebestraum" by Franz Liszt, "Full Moon And Empty Arms" is the vocal version of "The 2nd Piano Concerto" by Rachmaninoff. All of the songs are classy, elegant, and vocally moving. "Till The End Of Time" and "I Hear A Rhapsody"(Now available on a double CD collection titled "There Goes My Heart/I Hear A Rhapsody), would have been a better CD compilation, however "The Language Of Love" is also an excellent album with more of Vale's best vocals. "I Love You Much To Much" is one of my favorite Vale songs, as is "Two Different Worlds". This 2-for-1 CD is an excellent addition to any romantic music collection as are all of Jerry Vale's collections.

Jerry's voice never fails to delight me. I used to own these 2 LPs in the late 60s but lost them when I shifted to another home. Jerry has this unique quality, he makes you focus on the lyrics because of his clear diction and his voice is so soothing you will never grow tired of listening. My favourite track is 'Your Love Is Mine (Dahil Sa Iyo)'. The song used to be the late Philippine President Marcos' election campaign song.

Jerry Vale sings wonderfully on this twofer CD that has all of the songs from his record albums entitled "The Language of Love" and "Till the End of Time." Jerry displays a tremendous ability to infuse each song and ballad with genuine emotion straight from his heart and that's grand. In addition, the quality of the sound is excellent and the artwork incorporates the artwork from the two record albums.

Every song's terrific but of course I have my personal favorites as you will, too. The CD starts with Jerry Vale crooning faultlessly on "You Belong to My Heart;" he handles this with panache and I'm very impressed. He also handles complex tempo and key changes like the pro that he is was and still remains! "Wonderful One;" "La Vie en Rose" and "Palermo" are completely enchanting; I could never tire of hearing Jerry sing these classic songs. "Yours (Quiéreme Mucho)" has a romantic Latin beat to it that I always love to hear; and Jerry never lets go of a single superfluous note. "Two Different Worlds" is most poignant and Jerry performs this to perfection--and beyond! "Maria Elena" stuns me with its beauty; and listen for Jerry Vale to outdo even himself on the song from "Moulin Rouge." I love it; and those strings are used to great advantage.

"Now" showcases Jerry squarely front and center--which is quite all right by me! This is yet another romantic gem. I also really like "Till the End of Time" with its lush musical arrangement that fits in perfectly with Jerry's vocals; and "My Reverie" is easy on the ear, to say the least. "Full Moon and Empty Arms" has Jerry really opening up to deliver this with great sensitivity and "Things I Love" is a magnificent love song that could never go out of style. Other excellent songs include the lush "Moon Love" with those strings in the arrangement; Jerry's splendid rendition of "Don't You Know?" that has him crooning flawlessly and "Story of a Starry Night" shows us the operatic qualities of Jerry's voice.

"To Love Again" is very pretty; and "My Heart Reminds Me" gets the royal treatment from Jerry--this is easily one of my very favorite songs on this entire album. What a romantic number! The CD closes with Jerry Vale performing the timeless "On and On;" and it certainly makes me want to press play on my CD player to hear the entire album over again.

Jerry Vale doesn't disappoint on this magnificent CD; it's truly a must-have for his fans. The album is full of superlative music and even newcomers to Jerry Vale's magical artistry would do well to get this for their music collections.
