About the Author

Susan Worline is a former ESL teacher and has a Master's degree in Education. After a lot of frustration and expense in purchasing several language dictionaries, books, and CDs for preparation as an ESL teacher, Worline created a concise survival phrasebook for those working with recent immigrants, students and visitors.

Holding a Masters Degree in the field of Education, Susan Worline became frustrated and the expense involved with purchasing several language dictionaries, books and CDs in preparation of becoming an English as a second language (ESL) teacher.
