This review is from: Lots of Languages Phrasebook & Reference Guide (Multilingual Edition) (Paperback)
Holding a Masters Degree in the field of Education, Susan Worline became frustrated and the expense involved with purchasing several language dictionaries, books and CDs in preparation of becoming an English as a second language (ESL) teacher. This frustration resulted in her writing "Lots Of Languages: Phrasebook & Reference". Thoroughly 'user friendly' and featuring a 'Reader's Pronunciation Guide' in plain English, "Lots Of Languages" enables the expression of more than two hundred essential phrases in seventeen different languages. The languages include Arabic, Brazilian, Portuguese, Chinese, Farsi, French, German, Gujarati, Hindi, Hmong, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Somali, Spanish, Swahili, and Vietnamese. Just 96-pages, "Lots Of Languages" is specifically recommended as an instructional reference and curriculum supplement for teachers, tutors, and language students. It will also prove to be of immense and practical value for travelers and tourists as well.
