This cream works well, but it is VERY thick and can be really painful to apply.
Because this is all natural I could use it on my son's skin as well (for example in the winter when he gets dried/chapped cheeks from the wind).
I am a first time mom and those first few days of breastfeeding were very challenging, with lots of soreness, cracked nipples and pain.
