4.0 out of 5 stars The Lanyard is a surprise, July 26, 2003

I heard about The Lanyard when I met the author by chance in Maine last summer. Al Perry and his co-author have pieced together a clever, suspense-filled story which will keep you on your toes, especially when you enter a restroom in an airport!
You'll have to keep guessing as to who did what to whom.

5.0 out of 5 stars Worthy of Mickey Spillane, October 10, 2003

(REAL NAME)
This review is from: The Lanyard (Paperback)
The authors craft a colorful set of characters that keep you guessing until the end. Magda Daroczi, reminiscent of a female Mike Hammer or Sam Spade, investigates and romances her way through a web of international intrigue and murder. The Ross brothers bring a delightful international flavor. All in all a great tale and a fine mystery.
