The Lanzar VX40S Slim Mount Speakers are anything but normal! Small, compact, easy to install and they hold a powerful punch. I bought these speakers to install on my Stock MGB roadster because these were the only speakers I could find that had the correct mounting depth, just enough not to hit my window regulator. The technical service for Lanzar is adequate, but I wish they knew what they were selling. I called because the stock speakers in my car had square bezels. I called them up, asked if the bezels were square, and they said yes. Sweet, stock looking speakers and stock looking bezels I thought. Not what I got. It had new style round bezels that incorporated the logo positioned under the tweeter. It still looks cool, so whatever. I think they are better than Sony 4" and some other brands, not saying much, but if you want a good quality speaker and have a limited mounting depth, check these out first.
