Original Dell AC power adapter had been failing to charge/power my laptop. The tip where it connects is a bit of a design flaw, and noted as weak. This is a replacement item, but the output specs match the original, and the pricing is far below what Dell charges. Connection is firm, but I have taken the step to add strain relief to prevent similar incident. Laptop is back in action. Hoping for long life/reliability.

bought one of these and my laptop died when i tried using it; figured its just the laptop age and all that, but for the price, adapter was perfect
