Original Dell AC power adapter had been failing to charge/power my laptop. The tip where it connects is a bit of a design flaw, and noted as weak. This is a replacement item, but the output specs match the original, and the pricing is far below what Dell charges. Connection is firm, but I have taken the step to add strain relief to prevent similar incident. Laptop is back in action. Hoping for long life/reliability.

We needed a quick replacement for my son's laptop charger. This is perfect and much cheaper than buying locally.

The laptop cord was exactly what I wanted. The description made it easy to shop. I received the cord fast and the price was so cheap. I paid more for shipping than I did the cord. Unbelievable price! I think this product is great! It fits an old dinasour laptop that I had lying around and needed as a back up. Glad they still have cords to fit these old laptops!

I have this old Dell Latitude notebook and it has been hard finding a new power cord for it. I purchase this item and received it in 2 days. It was a perfect fit. The cord works extremely well and this purchase has save me alot of money by buying it from Amazon. This was a great decision I made.

I just received this and plugged it in, then plugged the power into the back of my laptop. No, I tried to plug it in, it fell out. Oh. Then I tried holding it in with my hand, and found that even would not work. I am shocked, figuratively. I measured it, there is 1/32" gap around the outside of the plug! The plug is so much smaller than the port, it is depending on the contact of the metal pins in the plug to hold it in. The plug's connectors have no spring-like or clamping action on the metal pins of the plug. Thus if connection is made, it is pure luck. Even using electrical tape or rubber bands to hold the plug in place won't help if the metal parts can't make contact. Believe me, I tried, it just won't work.
From the moment this product left the designer's desk, this was doomed to failure! Hope you are not tricked by this, as I was. Watch out!

Arrived brand new and pretty fast too. Perfect replacement for the old charger. When this one gets worn out (if I'm still using the same laptop then) Then I'll definitely buy another from this buyer.
