I had started to have problems with this item almost 2 weeks after receiving and starting to use it but because I absolutely HAD to use it in my laptop for school I was unable to return it for what initially appeared to be an occasional burp in power flow interuptions.As time passed of course an occasional burp turned into longer and longer periods of time where the adapter would just not transmitt power to my laptop and now works only 30% of the time and since that isn't compatible with doing homework and writing papers I now have to buy a new one.
It has of course been too long since my purchase to return the power cord so I have been screwed.It seems that I had received a defective cord from the begining and should have returned it.
I will never buy anything from this company again and would advise future customers to thorougly check out whatever they might purchase from them and if they find ANY kind of problem no matter how small it may seem to return the item ASAP.
I certainly wish I had.
I will never make this mistake again, so thanks PWR+ for the lesson.

The wire on the old adapter was cut a little and caused the power cord to be irregular. The new one seems to work better. there should be a better way to make it stronger.
