This is an awesome product. It was well packaged and I recieved it in 3 days which is unusual considering i live in alaska. It installed in just a couple minutes.

I received my item several day before I was expecting it. It is 100% compatible with my Dell Vostro 1000. Install was a breeze. 5 min after opening it I was rocking my new keyboard. I will return to this retailer for my future Laptop part needs.

The keyboard works fine, no problems there. Only thing I don't like is the soft feel when you press the keys. I like when the keys are crunchier and make that click sound. I also felt the keyboard was not as wide as the original as I saw a tiny gap after fixing the keyboard. But otherwise, for the price I paid, it's really worth.

I was able to install this keypad in about 15-20 mins, have had it for several months now with no problems.Good price

My sister had a Inspiron E1505 with broken keys on her keyboard so I purchased this as a replacement. The product came fairly quickly and was very simple to replace. For anyone who needs a guide, you can find it on the Dell website. The new replacement works just as a fully functional OEM one would. Save your money by purchasing it here instead of Dell.

Took over a week to arrive, and when it did the keyboard connector was installed upside down and had the wrong size tabs to hold it in to my Dell Inspiron 1501. The return process was also unimpressive: Sent an email stating reason for return, and company replied asking that I take photos and send them to the manufacturer. After not hearing from them for another week, I finally received an email with return instructions and label that required ME to pay to ship back the faulty product. Shipped recently and have yet to receive a refund. Now at 6 weeks without laptop, and have paid to ship their broken product twice. I saw a review stating similar issues with keyboard [upside down cable, nto working] so I suspect that they received a bad batch of keyboards. Had they shipped out a working replacement speedily and took ownership for the mistake [including paying return shipping] I would have been more impressed.

The product advertised that it would fit my laptop but when i tried to connect the keyboard to the motherboard the gold pins were the wrong size and the connector end was upside down. I did contact the seller and they issued me a return and refunded me my money. I finally found the correct keyboard though a company in Hong Kong. Overall a good seller bad product advertising!!!

This keyboard arrived right on time even during the holiday mail rush, and within 30 mins was working in my laptop.

I recently purchased this keyboard because many of the keys on my last one stopped working. It works perfectly and fits perfectly into my Dell Inspiron 1501. The installation was very easy, also, even for someone who had never done it before. I was very impressed by this seller and how quickly I got the product. Overall, it was a very satisfactory experience. The only issue that I had was the shipping material. I was expecting more with what I paid and what I saw on the preview images. It doesn't seem like the product received any damage but it definitely moved around in the box during shipping. I would recommend this seller to anyone looking for a new inset keyboard for their laptop. Even with shipping, it was less than thirteen dollars, making it very much worth it.

The original keyboard for my Inspiron E1505 was doing good for over 5 years until recently some dirt settled in and also letters in a few of the frequently used keys were getting erased.

I got this shipped within 4 business days of ordering. It came in good shape. The keys are soft and to my liking. Not making any rattling sound as complained by some other user.

There is no instruction manual or any kind of paper whatsoever. The installation into E1505 is simple though. You get videos in Youtube for that. There is a plastic lining on the backside of the keyboard. Don't think about pulling it out. It remains and keeps dust from the exposed keyboard from getting into motherboard. Be careful while pulling out the old keyboard. The wire that connects to the motherboard has a kind of clip that you should first pull open. While putting the new keyboard, just place the wire lined up against the base of the clip and press the clip down to snap and fit.
