Backgammon Set
The backgammon set I received looks better than the picture! The size is perfect and the playing pieces are of high quality. Amazon came through for me again.

DONT BUY --- REALLY CHEAP HARDWARE
This would be a nice set if the clasps were not made of wafer-thin metal. Super-cheap. I only paid $32 for it so it's not worth returning, but if I had seen this in a store I would not have purchased it.

I was disappointed in the quality of this item. The clasps were very poor and I am sure would have broken in a short period of time. The vinyl triangles were not smooth, they were bumpy around the stitches. I have been looking for a new backgammon set for a while, but I would rather keep looking than to settle for an inferior product.

Used this one for a year, then bought the wooden set. (see review) We used it every day but the stitching and points started unraveling and the men and dice are very cheap looking.

NOT timely delivery! I am disapponted with amazon.com and amazon.com Prime. The backgammon set I ordered on April 22,2009, had confirmed free two day shipping. Now the "estimated delivery" is May 15 to May 21. The set was not charged to my credit card. I guess that means the I cannot count on the guaranteed 30-day delivery policy. Furthermore, Where's My stuff? does not list the price of my set. And, the 18-inch Backgammon attache, Sold by: Amazon.com (that I ordered) is no longer in the catalogue. I would like to know . . .
1. How much is my backgammon set? 2. Can I count on delivery? 3. Why was my order not sent in a timely manner? The other item I ordered did arrive on time. However, I do NOT recommend ordering a backgammon set from amazon.com.
