This is the largest cast iron tortilla press I could find, and it still isn't large enough for my liking. Otherwise, it works quite well - my only issue is that one side of the tortilla tends to end up a little thinner than the other side.

The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because the hinge side thins the tortilla more than the other. When this is undesirable, just rotate the tortilla 180 degrees and press again. Well made, and can't see why this won't be a lifetime purchase. Not suitable for flour tortillas, as the elasticity of the wheat dough requires rolling rather than pressing.

I read lukewarm to poor reviews of other tortilla presses on Amazon, but I ordered this one and it works really well. No complaints and the tortillas are delicious. We use wax paper as recommended in reviews of other presses.
