When I was looking for a window perch for Michiko, a Maine coon mix who weighs about 17 lbs, I was worried that my window sills were too shallow to hold a perch steady when she would jump up there. Well, it hasn't been a problem at all! She takes flying leaps at it (she plays really hard), and it doesn't budge. It stays solid and stable. And she LOVES it. I heartily recommend it.

Very nice and sturdy, easy to install. Now need to buy more as the cats fight over which one gets to this new choice spot for the afternoon cat nap.

I'm buying my second for the double window because, while our three one-year-old cats can sit on this together, it is getting a bit tight! They love to sit and watch the birds at the feeder or take naps while we have dinner (it's at our dining room window). The perch is fairly easy to put up and take down. When we have company it's no problem removing it. But it attaches securely so the cats can jump onto it without feeling movement. The carpet covering it could be more attractive. It's just the standard cheap type. But other than that, people and cats are completely satisfied!

its perfect. it just sits on the window.my cat is fat, and it holds her wieght. its sturdy and doesn't use sticky stuff to hold it up. no hammering. my cat loves it, i love it. best window seat!

this is one of the best birthday gifts toot has ever gotten - the product came promptly and beautifuly made and great instructions serious thinking of ordering another one for the other cat we have - toot will not share and never leaves it -- now the window is closed and theres no problem with it staying up -- oh by the way toots is 16 pounds no wall damage - your guys who made this product you are the best -- and toots gives you a paws up on this -- comfortably with lots and lots of padding these people spared no expense in making sure of the cats comfort - they are truly real cat lovers not someone just making a buck

This cat perch is great....my two cats both love sitting and laying on it! I was concerned about stability and quality when searching for a cat perch, since those are the primary complaints for various perches. This one is carpet on wood and goes into a slot under my window (lucky for me this exists, maybe not for all windows) and is very stable. I would highly recommend this perch...may get a second one, myself!
