This is an awesome bible. Yes, a little large and weighty but well worth the investment.Not one for church but a great study bible for home or your weekly in home bible study meeting. Easy reading and much information and footnotes. I would recommend to anyone wanting to study the Word of God!

I am familiar with many of today's study bibles. As far as Pentecostal resources, this is the best study Bible available today. NKJV is very readable. Dake's will always be a favorite, but if someone wants something other than the KJV and is wholeheartedly Pentecostal, you'll love the Spirit-filled life Bible.

This Edition of New King James provides incredibly balanced references that can help both new believers and bible scholars deepen their knowledge of and experience with our God and Father. Dr. Jack Hayford is a pastor and a pastor to pastors. His experience of what it means to live and walk in humility in the Kingdom has guided his life and ministry for over half a century. In this Edition he brings together the resources of many like minded bible scholars to provide a practical and insightful guide to a surrendered relationship with God the father, God the Comforter and God the King. I always keep at least one or two of these around in paper back to give to anyone beginning to study scripture.
