Enjoy this large lemon Springerle cookie that shows a Santa on his way to make deliveries with a bag over his shoulder and carrying a basket and tree. A unique stocking stuffer or gift for someone special. When you place your order, this cookie is created using a Springerle mold and then baked and hand-decorated. Springerle cookies have a unique rich lemon cake-like texture inside with a crispy outside. Springerle molds and recipes used for baking cookies come from a very old European tradition.
