I've had this cookbook since around 1981. I bought it at a sale. I'm glad I did because the recipes have been tested and they work. The chicken tetrazzini is something my kids like and the carrot cake is quite good. The "Indian" chicken curry might not be totally authentic but it tastes good and people like it when I take it to a pot luck. I give this book as a gift because I know it won't be duplicated. My copy is dying so I will order a new one. Enjoy!
