The story in the back of all this local action is quite good and all the characters introduced are compelling.
The action was too slow and at times felt contrived and to be honest, the whole global warming thing felt unrealistic to me; it was a bit too far fetched.
All in all, if you enjoy Bond's writing, or the techno-thriller genre in general, you will likely enjoy this book.
