I had struggled with cigarettes for some time. I tried a lot of different things to stop smoking but they either didn't work or didn't last. Until this tape. Larry Hagman, who admits on the tape to being a former smoker, details a number of simple suggestions. I followed these suggestions and they really worked(!), up until a couple of weeks later when I gave in to an offer to have a cigarette. I quickly realized that there is no such thing as having one cigarette so I went back to the tape. It is now over ten years later and not a single cigarette. A desire to stop plus a few simple applied suggestions make the difference. A satisfied customer. Many thanks.

i loved the tape because he really makes you feel comfortable
and also admitted to being a smoker now an ex=smoker and he doesnt throw any punches as he quotes every thing he said is true and alot of common sense but its the way he puts it /how it comes across that matters i bought about 7 quit smoking tapes and this one is my best its the one that hit home and when i quit it felt i hit a home run a home run in life thanks larry hagman for making the tape.
