An amazing book this, no flash or bang, but a wonderful story of a world and it's creatures, definitely different from ours, but with stories and themes not too different then any with "normal" creatures...forget reality and enjoy!

Larry Marder brings a new dimention to the comic book format with his simplistic drawing style that yields wonderfully in-depth characters. The Beanworld really is about the affinity of life and its delicate balance.
