Of the 3 LarryBoy cartoons released so far, "The Yodel Napper" is the most fun so far. My daughter and son love the Hula Friends dolls and the silly dialogue. My husband and I love the moral of the story and, well, OK, we admit it -- we've watched it without the kids! Fun, entertaining, and with good values. The traditional cartoon look is much better than Sponge Bob or Power Puff Girls. Hopefully Big Idea can bring LarryBoy to television. This cartoon is a big hit at my house! We're looking forward to the next volume in the series.

Values-based moral, with nonstop laughs! Well written and superbly animated. My son has watched the new LarryBoy at least 5 times since we brought it home yesterday. Terrific entertainment and a wonderful and meaningful message delivered without being "preachy". A real treat, overall.

The new Larryboy is terrific! The message that greed and never-ending materialism can lead to unhappiness is such a helpful and necessary lesson. Thanks Big Idea for continuing to help parents do their job while entertaining the whole family at the same time. My kids and I were laughing uproariously at the zany humor and super silly dialogue. Hooray for Noodle Blabberbop and his Toy Sheep!

PS: The bonus short "A Polar Pickle" has a classic cartoon look and feel. Love it!

The new series of Larry Boy's are pretty good, but this one in particular can get a little annoying. Not necessarily from the video, but from your kids immitating the yodeling or the hulas. The silliness also seems to stick with them more than the lesson in this one.

Also if you are thinking you can just get it in the collection, that is true but the extras are only on this.

My boys LOVE Larry Boy and the Yodel Napper!! They watch it over and over again.

This is a very funny Larryboy movie. In this one, he's battling the "yodelnapper", Greta Von Gruesome (boy, is she ever gruesome!).

I found the movie very funny, especially Larryboy's innocent little-kid personality.

With that in mind, let me tell you about the DVD special features.

*Concept Art- Always a good idea. It's fun to see some of the earlier drawings and designs.

*Storyboards- This is a little disappointing, since you can barely see what is written underneath the pictures.

*Family Fun Activity- This was fun!

*Bok Choy's Pop Quiz- Ah, the old "pop quiz." This is a really good way for kids to test to see if their parents were actually watching the movie!

*Storybook- Here you can read a storybook of the previous Larryboy adventure, Leggo My Ego. For the younger crowd, simply select "Have this story read to you" and Larryboy will read it to them. (Cute.)

*Learn to draw (Greta Von Gruesome and Junior Asparagus)- These were both fun and educational. My little sister (the artist) turned out some really cool-looking drawings. Of course, Junior's a lot more appealing than Greta, but you know.

*The Yodelizer Game- This was probably the most kid-pleasing element of all the bonus features. You can select one of Larryboy's yodeler friends, select a yodeling style, and listen to some, uh, interesting yodeling.

*Hidden Easter Eggs- As always, VeggieTales adds the "Easter Eggs" to find. In this case, there are three. On "Features", you can find one that tells you how to find your yodeler name. On "Previews" there's one in which one of the people working on Larryboy turns around and yodels. And on "Fun" there is an Easter Egg talking about Greta Von Gruesome.

This is another good movie, and a better DVD.
