Got this olive oil at a food & entertaining expo in Washington DC. The Arbequina was a little smoother than the Picual that Foster Fine Foods offers in addition to this.
The flavor of this olive oil is mild and buttery rich (with a hint of green tea?) but that's not to say that you can't taste it on your salad because it is not easily overpowered. I love dipping fresh baguette or rosemary bread into this oil. Rest assured you'll want your dish to feature this olive oil because it's that satisfying... |
