5.0 out of 5 stars Useful cookbook with delicious, easy recipes!, May 26, 2004
By A Customer
This review is from: Lasagna: The Art of Layered Cooking (Paperback)
I was given this cookbook as a gift, and I love it. I've made 5 of the lasagnas so far: 4 were fantastic and relatively easy to make. I will definitely make those 4 again. And there are at least 6 other recipes that I really want to try.

Overall: lots of recipes that look interesting, high ratio of "successful" recipes in practice . . . that's what makes a great cookbook!

5.0 out of 5 stars Great book, February 6, 2007
This review is from: Lasagna: The Art of Layered Cooking (Paperback)
I got this book for my daughter for Christmas, as she's begun to live on her own and is beginning to show an interest in cooking. My wife saw the book and liked it so much she kept it for herself until she could try some of the recipes, before letting my daughter take it home.
