I have used this product for more than 3 months and have seen extraordinary results in the last month and a half. I couldn't believe it at first but now I am a true believer. The Beauty Center team are great and have answered and assisted me promptly in every way possible. Thanks for everything.

I have used this "spencer forrest x5 hair laser" for more than 2 years now to give it the benefit of the doubt. It just doesn't work! It doesn't stop me from keep loosing hair. I used it religiously 15mins/each time, 3times/week. Wasting my money! I better off standing under the sun 15min/day for 3 times/week to get the same dose of UV radiation. Might work on you but it could be the additional product that you are using that does the job, who knows. The thing doesn't last very long, it is very poorly made for the price I paid for it; cost me $220 at the time. I had to take it apart twice to resolder the electrical wires, that's 2 times during the course of 2 years. Now I play with it when there is a foggy night sky outside.

I used this item for 5 months per their instructions. I did not notice any difference. The only benefit is the massaging effect you get on your scalp. I can get that with a massaging hair brush for a couple bucks. The only thing it does provide is a false sense of hope that your hair will grow back.

I called Spencer Forest for a refund per their 26 week guarantee provided in the box and they did not honor it. They said they do not provide a refund if purchased on Amazon. Also if you notice there aren't many reviews on this item however it has been on the market for years. Wonder why??? I also wonder how long this review will be on here posted 11-9-2011...

I recieved the device. It did not work. Company said go back to Amzon. I did, however Amzon did not offer to repalce the device, only a refund. I went to order a new one, the price went up.
