I Gave this product 5 stars because it is a great knife, has solid construction, is very stylish, very sharp, and with a picitinny rail is very handy. To be honest I don't own a pistol with a rail mount, only old colts and sig's, but I doubt very much I would mount this on a pistol anyway. Not sure how it would really serve in that function as a bayonet. Instead I have it installed on my rifle and shotgun on the rail. The rails on these guns do not past the barrel. But I would not plan on stabbing anyone with my rifle anyway.

Instead I mounted this knife on the rail as a backup. any time any wear, if I drop or lose my pocket knife, or can't get to my Ka-Bar USMC fighting knife I have a miniature version mounted right on my weapon. Anytime I am hunting or in a survival situation I know my handy mini Ka-Bar is only a button push away on my rifle or shotgun. Like I said I wouldn't try to use it as a stabbing weapon, but more as a backup knife, plus I also have a rail accessory mount that clips on my belt, vest or gear bag and this can be handily mounted in any of those locations as well. Even if you don't use it as a Bayonet. At 30-40 it's still not a bad deal for a handy little knife.

When I first saw this I just had to have one. For what? Nothing but a novelty. Looks great on my 3rd Gen Glock 19. Some forums claim it would not fit on Glock 19/23 rails but I had no problems. Slid right on to the factory rail and locks into place nice and tight. The serrated version looks much better then the non-serrated version. Shipping was quick and came in retail blister package. Fun conversation piece but really kind of useless as not practical to carry with this bayonet mounted.
