5.0 out of 5 stars Your P3AT needs this!, October 21, 2009
This review is from: Lasergrip Standard Polymer KelTec P3AT (Misc.)
I bought this soon after getting a P3AT. It is used with magazine extensions and a rubber grip sleeve. I actually use the CT laser to pin the rubber grip sleeve to the polymer body of the gun. Assembly is easy, all tools required are included. Mine was dialed in to point of aim out of the box. Handles recoil and does no lose zero. Due to the small sights on this handgun, you need this if you ever shoot at longer range or in odd positions. Many critics have said that this gun is only for close in defense, but what if you needed to hit at longer ranges or could not see the sights. There are no tritium sights available for this model and the black on black may not be visible with a dark target. You don't notice the weight difference as it is so light. It will fit many holsters without modification. (Cloth ones work best, and my Nemesis holster still works with this installed.) The laser is very bright and can be seen in fairly bright light....good for training. (And you should with something this small.) Keep track of the wrench for battery changes, you may run the batteries down a lot. Mine has gone for about 3 hours estimated and it is rated for 4 hours per battery. Uses a lithium that can be bough most places...and only for a couple of dollars each. Very nice item and wish CT made these for everything I own.

5.0 out of 5 stars Crimson Trace lasergrip for the Kel-Tec P3AT, February 9, 2009

Easy Assembly. Comes with all the tools you need. Sighted fairly accurately out of the box - only minor adjustment was needed. Very bright laser. Sight holds true after multiple firings. Awesome product.

I now own 5 of these systems for some of my pistols. If you have any vision problems and you prefer to hit what you are shooting at, then this is the best there is.
