Wall-mount fans are so practical, yet difficult to find. Never have figured out why. This fan was the perfect solution to keeping cool in a small office with absolutely no space to place a fan otherwise. It is easy to mount. However, read the instructions because, while easy, mounting is not necessarily intuitive. The fan has 3 speeds. In a small space (my office is approx. 9' x 10'), the lowest setting circulates the air plenty. It runs quiet and has an extra-long cord to minimize the chance you will have to use an extension cord. It includes a convenient cord, one tug on which turns the fan off. The fan head adjusts up and down by hand-clicking into one of several pre-set positions (nothing to loosen). The oscillation knob is in the traditional position on top of the fan, so keep that in mind when mounting. If you mount it too high, it will be hard to reach. Not an issue for me, because I always let it oscillate. This is the second fan of this model I have bought and have not been disappointed yet.

All six fans arrived in good condition. These fans were easy to assemble.
We have them installed in our home gym. They work great for spot cooling or for moving air in oscillation mode. These fans are light and easy to install.

The wall mount is great and the fan is extremely effective even on low. It is also very quiet. It circulates the air so that sleeping in a loft bed is much more comfortable.

fan was the size and type I needed; easy to install BUT all 3 speeds are the same! already had it installed, box thrown away or else I would've returned it!

The fan works well. It was a bit squeeky shortly after install it. A spot of lubricant and it is again working just fine.

We wanted a fan for a small half bath in my mom's older house. It works great and does just we wanted it to. The pull chain makes it easy for all family members to turn it on and off.

I bought three of these and think the quality is very poor. They are out of balance and vibrate a lot. Doubt they last very long.

The Lasko 3-Speed 12" Wall-Mount Fan is the Fan I have looked for a long time.
The oscillating fan is very quiet, easy to install, and the right one for a large bathroom.

I bought this fan to mount in front of my thread mill several months ago, and it's being working great. It's quite which is great because I can hear the TV just fine over its low hum. Really, the noise coming from it is more from the air movement itself than any electrical or mechanical hum.

I was happy with the ease of installation of this product. The quality also is good and equals with more expensive similarities.
