Lasko 505 Breeze Machine 10"

The blades are not 10-inches, they are about 7". Check their website, Lasko doesn't seem to make this product anymore (or any other "Breeze Machines"). And for good reason: you can sit right in front of it, and not feel any air. The other reviewers must have some other fan... Lasko make other, better fans (I also have their small oscillating fan, works well!)

Don't get seduced by the words written above this review. This fan is terrible. As a college student, I know well how gross dorm rooms can get in the beginning of the semester. This fan will not do any positive work for you. The output of air this fan creates may as well be compared to the feeling of someone breathing cool air down your neck. Even on high power, it can't push much air around. Not worth fifteen dollars.

Because of its extremely light weight and poor anchoring, it keeps flying off my desk. I have to anchor it with a paperweight.

Doesn't move air. I have a 8" fan that moves twice the air this thing did on "high". Worthless. I returned for refund. I could buy a 12" oscillating fan at Walgreen's for the same price that would out-perform this useless thing. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!! (is there a zero-star rating?)

The 10" Breeze Machine I have owned for five years is perfect for circulating air in a living room or any place you watch TV or listen to music. So quiet you don't even notice it and puts out plenty of air for the whole room. Great for the bed room also.

I had a Super Turbo Honeywell Fan that died and I replaced it with this fan. This fan is significantly quieter. The grey/brown color isn't terrible but it isn't as nice looking as the all black Honeywell. This fan isn't quite as powerful, but it does it's job just fine and it lives up to its packaging's claim of being whisper quiet.

We borrowed this fan from my inlaws and it is great! I think it blows as much as a box fan, but it takes a LOT less space.

This product is a good size to move cold air off the floor and mix it with the warmer air above. The fan works better than I had expected, it is a nice size, looks good, moves a lot of air and is very quiet, infact it is the quietest fan I have ever had.

For one thing, it works perfectly. And that should be enough for anyone.

But also, it works silently; and as I'm a writer living in the heat of South Florida, every distraction that I can avoid, I do avoid: but I love my little fan. Just as I've named my Roomba, I've named my fan: I call it Silent White Panther.

And it's small and easy to lift when I bring Roomba into my office; and it works perfectly! I need to emphasize this! A perfect fan.
