3.0 out of 5 stars Fun While It Lasted... July 8, 2010
By Jesi
Platform for Display:Nintendo Wii
Fun: 5.0 out of 5 stars
As Wii fans as well as Avatar fans, my boyfriend and I were so excited when we bought this game. The game is based on the new 2010 movie.
Pros: It includes the storyline throughout the game which is helpful for those unfamiliar with the series and not annoyingly long for those who are. You get to play as Zuko, Aang, and the Blue Spirit and use each of their fighting styles which was a great variety. It also includes a seperate two player battle where you and your friends can fight eachother as each of the 3 characters. The graphics are good for the Wii and the game play is fun.
Con: My boyfriend had this game for less than 24 hours and beat it. This game was so great and had us anticipating and then it ended. It was like, "Where's the rest of it?"
Overall: The game is short but sweet.
(We might have had high expectations though. This review is just an opinion.)

4.0 out of 5 stars Fun for the younger ones November 7, 2010

Fun: 4.0 out of 5 stars
I purchased this game for my older son's (8)birthday and unfortunately this was too easy for him. He enjoyed playing it, but finished the game pretty quickly. My younger son however, seemed to be more age appropriate. He enjoyed the game and finished it as well, but the duration of time was definitely longer. I felt as though I got my money's worth from my younger child.

3.0 out of 5 stars Fun, but way too short January 15, 2011

Fun: 4.0 out of 5 stars
I bought this game for my 6 year old. He had lots of fun with it and did not run into too many places where he couldn't figure it out. This game is based solely on the latest movie, and not the complete Last Airbender story. There are 3 levels of difficulty for the game (easy, normal and difficult). My son finished the Easy level in about 3 hours. He can go back and play the normal and difficult levels but the story and battles are all the same, just a little harder to complete. Overall, I would say its a game with good missions and bending moves, but I don't think a game this short should cost more than $20.

3.0 out of 5 stars Shortest Game ever January 2, 2011
Platform for Display:Nintendo Wii
Fun: 4.0 out of 5 stars
Just a couple of comments to add.. It is rated T for Teen. Ignore that if your child is old enough to have seen the movie or cartoon series and likes it. Yes, it's fighting but not graphic at all. As for short, my son that just turned 8 finished the entire game in about 8 hours of game time. My 5 1/2 year old is playing it too. It's a good fun game, just know what you're getting. There is also an arena mode where 2-3 people can play at once and compete for points in a timed event by fighting the foes. Might be best as a rental.
