Great Game, Moderate Format,

This review is from: The Last Express: The Official Strategy Guide (Secrets of the Games Series) (Paperback)
If you've got the game, you need the guide. Seriously. I mean, how else will you know EXACTLY what's happening at EXACTLY the right time? I'm proud to say that, my third time playing the game, I was able to make every encounter and listen to every conversation at least once. At last, Cath was not just a blubbering fool predicting war, he actually had some BACKING FOR IT!!! All to the thanks of the guide, I didn't feel like an idiot for once (kind of pathetic, actually). I'd say the only problem is the format. You literally have to go through the entire chapter to know what you should be doing. This is because the chapter is divided into sections by place instead of by time. This can be kind of annoying when you want to get everything without having to READ everything. Still, all in all, if you love the game, you should get this guide. Period.
