Book Description

What more could happen? Patricia Barstow has just learned she is pregnant―in the middle of an alien invasion.

Threatened with extinction, herded into segmented, isolated communities, humanity is given a choice: Yield and live or resist and be destroyed.

As opposition groups form to repel the intergalactic invaders, Patricia must decide whether to join and fight or to put the safety of her unborn child first and accept the dictates of their new masters.

Presented as a three-part journal, follow Patricia’s struggle to provide a safe haven for her family midst the terror and turmoil of this extraterrestrial upheaval.

4.0 out of 5 stars Insight view into human (and alien) nature September 27, 2013

Alien invasion.
Human weapon is destroyed. Means of transportation are destroyed. Traveling is forbidden. Globe is divided into separate zones. Any kind of armed force against aliens are being destroyed.
Nearly all humans are sterilized and sentenced to slow death.

In return, if humanity pass the test, aliens are offering better world for few chosen ones.
Aliens are doing it for no more wars in Universe and for humanity could level up.

But are the costs (dying of most of humans) acceptable?

And can anybody do anything about it?

Chaos, war, corruption are the norm.

In 2047 C.E. an outer space message flashes over the telescreens throughout the world. "Humans, your planet has been observed for 100 years"... we have 24 hours to confirm message is not from Earth.

Is this the end of the world?

The author makes this a wonderful gripping, very intresting, thought provoking story. Hard to put down. It would make a dynamic movie.

A gripping, thought provoking book
