Okay, I don't know why, but practically every Fear Street Sagas has the same storyline. "What is it?" you ask. Well, I answer "Gee, why is there always a poor girl who always gets the oppurtunity to move into a mansion, and finds something evil or someone evil in it?"

I am talking about "House of Whispers, Forbidden Secrets, The...

Okay, I don't know why, but practically every Fear Street Sagas has the same storyline. "What is it?" you ask. Well, I answer "Gee, why is there always a poor girl who always gets the oppurtunity to move into a mansion, and finds something evil or someone evil in it?"

I am talking about "House of Whispers, Forbidden Secrets, The Hidden Evil, Dance of Death, The Awakening Evil, Chamber of Fear, Faces of Terror", and this one, "One Last Kiss".

Do you see what I mean? This getting really dumb. These authors who work for R.L. Stine should stop copying each other, or else this series will flop!

I really hope the next one is better, "Door of Death". It doesn't involve a girl moving into a bigger house. But with this series, you can never tell.

Anyway, another vampire story this month, matching up with "The Thirst." A girl falls in love with a Fear, who always wears black and never is seen in daylight. Hmmm, let me think...

She is devoted to killing the person who killed her mother when she was a baby. Do you think maybe you shouldn't move into a house where there's no one around at daylight, and the owners dissapear at night for a meal? Real mystery, huh?

These heroins are such airheads. Maybe if thet'd wake up and see what they're doing is leading them right into another trap. Anyway, it has an okay climax, but the end... *sigh*, no comment.

5.0 out of 5 stars An Abslutely Exquisite Romance, September 28, 2004
This review is from: One Last Kiss (Fear Street Sagas #14) (Paperback)
Wow...what can I say for this book? I picked it up on a whim at K-Mart and it has gone on to become my favorite book of all time. As another reviewer said, I didn't know it was possible to fall in love with a fictional character...my, my Trevor Fier is quite a character indeed.

Not to be too much of a reviewer, I must say the romance in this book is absolutely and utterly sublime. There is such a fire between Eleanor and Trevor that I had to read scenes again and again, just out of sheer love for the romance of this book. You couldn't ask more for to sweep you off your feet--a dashing vampire with "midnight hair that touched his shoulders." This I honor above all romance. Kudos to you RL for creating such a flawless and passionate romance between two wonderful characters...though the ending is horrid in context, it is none the more appropriate and exquisite.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Wonderful Book- A Review By Mary Sanders, August 13, 2004
A Kid's Review
This review is from: One Last Kiss (Fear Street Sagas #14) (Paperback)
This fear street book is sooooooo romantic! I love the fear street sagas and this particular book One Last Kiss, took me forever to find since it's out of print and I finally got it on ebay. So anyway, this book is about a young girl named Eleanor, her mother was killed by vampires and ever since her father became obessed with killing vampires, and he and Eleanor moved quite a bit to escape from them. Then they moved back to Virginia, and her father get's killed by vampires as well. Eleanor moves in with a man her father knew-Trevor Fier-and his cousin Priscilla Fier. Eleanor and Trevor end up falling in love, but of course cannot marry for Trevor-is a VAMPIRE. Then in the end of the book Eleanor discover's her mother to be Queen of the vampires-and took the name of Priscilla Fier. Read this book it was wonderful!

This book was great But i read it when i was eleven, im sixteen now.I've never read a Fear book before this one and have'nt read one since...oh well.

This book helped my obsession with vampiers grow.So what if it was predictable, so what if their love was commercial, you have to give R.L Stien some credibility with all of those Goosebumps books a love story is big jump for the guy.

Any way to get right to the point. One last kiss is a story of a girl who's only family was her father they moved around quite often and fought off vampiers. her father is killed by the main posse of vampiers(in their current town)...Hey you were gonna find out sooner or later. Then shortly after Elenor(the girl) meets Trevor Fear, a local royalty(not as in king but very rich.)So they meet fall in love yadda yadda yadda the rest would ruin the entier impact if i reaveal it to you so pick up a copy for yourself.

For girls there is alot of love, romance, and dramatics.
For guys swords, fighting...its a vampier stoy for crissake!any one will enjoy this story just have a little imagination!

4.0 out of 5 stars Good for Adventure-Seekers, June 18, 2003
By
This review is from: One Last Kiss (Fear Street Sagas #14) (Paperback)
This book was easy to read. The plot was simple, but full of action, which made it really fun! It was slightly predictable, but Trevor was very romantic and he made up for all the flaws! ;) I loved the ending, it was sad but it was sweet. It was freedom at last. I loved the fact R.L. Stine was quick and to the point with his writing! I think the main character, the girl, should have been given a bit more depth, but overall the characters were very well done (especially Trevor.) Ok! I loved trevor AND this book!

5.0 out of 5 stars niciest vampire, June 14, 2000

This review is from: One Last Kiss (Fear Street Sagas #14) (Paperback)
I can't believe that I myself fall in love with a fiction character...also a vampire...his love to Eleanor was so great that at the end they have to be apart...if only the sun can feel it...at least this one was so romantic and touching...oh boy...I cannot forget about their last kiss..that was the most wonderful part of all also the saddest part of all...that's why I put a five star! one of my most favorite and unforgetable novel! maybe R.L. Stine should have let it to be a happy ending...but to those who afraid of vampire...then you have to knock your head on a rock...I don't agree with anyone who say that's a horror one or whatever...you won't feel anything only their love! I don't know why but...I love it when it had somekind of that relationship... the other seem so...real...I mean this one is really true love that he gave to her right? you should read this...or other fear street saga...but don't read the best friend...it's the most yurkiest story...I hate the ending for the "best friend".

3.0 out of 5 stars Take a look at this book, April 24, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: One Last Kiss (Fear Street Sagas #14) (Paperback)
This book was definately made for young teenagers and if you are not one, then you won't be able to read more than a page of this book. Otherwise, it is an interesting book. Nothing special, but it wasn't bad either. The only problem is that it is your basic love story that everyone has read a million times! The only thing I would suggest to change this book would be to change certain parts of the story. The plot was interesting, so if you have any thinking about reading this book, you might as well. It is short and doesn't take too much time to read.
