About the Author
Charles Young was born in New Britain, Connecticut. after serving with the Marine Corps during WWII. he studied at Central Connecticut, Columbia and Yale Universities. In 1967 he moved to Greece and taught at Athens College and at the Maritime Academy on the island of Hydra. He has three grown children. He and his wife Mary divide their time between their homes on Hydra and in Madison, Connecticut. In addition to two bestsellers in Greece, his books include Luck of the Draw and Potassett. He is currently working on Hydra, a story dealing with the Nazi occupation of that island.
