Song writer, singer, producer, and first black artist to establish his own record company. Sam was light years ahead of his time. Don't just take my word for it listen to the :30 samples.. Now remember this music was recorded in the 50ss. Just think of the vision Sam had to incorporate the Soul Stirrers,a quartet, with a choir on the awesome "Last Mile Of The Way"... and I can go on, and on.. buy it you'll love it!
