Having known Julie Ann for years, I can say she has always had a wonderfully sweet and rich voice. While I enjoy jazz, hip hop/electronica are not typically the types of music I enjoy, but this combination is very well done. I've listened to "Last Night of the Dynasty" many, many times, and like it more each time I hear it. Her vocals perfectly compliment the instrumentals. A great song! I hope she'll have many more opportunities like this to showcase her talent!

I was just browsing and came across this cd. I can't say enough about it. I've only listened to it a few times, but already the songs keep repeating in my head. 'Last Night of the Dynasty' is like one of those songs that comes on during a movie, and you're like, who sings that? I have to know so I can buy that cd.
Well, now I know.
And it turns out, she has the same last name.
