5.0 out of 5 stars Jello Biafra's most venomous album, May 14, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Last Scream of the Missing Neighbors (Audio CD)
Only 6 songs? Who cares? Every one is a winner, especially the 11 minute onslaught that is "Full Metal Jackoff." D.O.A. was a great band and Jello is still going strong, but together, these guys were unreal. Buy this album and play it loud.

What can be said......If I had to choose five albums to be buried with this would be one of them. It is short, but it gets right to the point. Jello's vocals with DOA's playing is pure magic.

The lyrics are hilarious and they are to the point. If you want to get a good idea of how the true left views things look to Jello. Never will "We gotta get out of this place" mean the same thing as it did in the past.

Full Metal Jackoff is one of the top 10 best songs ever written

Buy this album........you will not regret it....

5.0 out of 5 stars Jello with DOA - Great Stuff Maynard!, August 20, 2001

I'd heard some Dead Kennedys in the early 1980s, and had bought "Inc God We Trust, Inc." Loved 2-3 of their songs, enjoyed many of the lyrics of the rest of the songs.

When I saw the positive reviews for this 1989 CD, I decided to try it. I bought it last week. The other fans were right, this is a TERRIFIC compact disc. I not only enjoyed the first song and its cadence thoroughly, it was a delight to hear the remake of "We Gotta Get Out Of This Place" from The Animals.

Biafra is just as clever and charismatic as ever. He sounds terrific with DOA. At least as good as any old material, maybe even better. In fact, I'm playing it again right now...

4.0 out of 5 stars "Finaly purchased", August 21, 2011

Biafra + D.O.A = O ya, political bantering, with Rock N Roll. Hay, it's Jello and Joey, there top guns' at political rhetoric, what do ya expect! This is indeed one of Biafras' finest collaborations next in line with big Al Jourgensen and "LARD"

5.0 out of 5 stars Incredible album, June 3, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Last Scream of the Missing Neighbors (Audio CD)
This is truly a incredible good album. It can be compared only to the first Dead Kennedys album or to the best recordings by D.O.A. I have rarely heard D.O.A. to play with such a fury and heaviness and Jello is at his best. Buy this one if you want to enjoy from really good music and lyrics.

5.0 out of 5 stars Jello Biafra with DOA, June 10, 2003
This review is from: Last Scream of the Missing Neighbors (Audio CD)
I don't know how many years I've had this on vinyl but it's still superb. Whenever Jello Biafra teams up with other bands (Nomeansno, DOA or Minstry) they create something spectacular. This is no exception.

There is some good stuff out there by the individual artists (Fresh Fruit... Psalm69) but if you can only but one - buy this one!

5.0 out of 5 stars Really, really good, April 21, 2004
This review is from: Last Scream of the Missing Neighbors (Audio CD)
If you want real music then buy this album, boycott East Bay Ray and Manifesto Records. If it says Dead Kennedys or Jello Biafra it's not worth it unless it's on ALTERNATIVE TENTACLES.

Jello with anybody is good. This is great. If you're into the punk scene, check it out.
