This book is a must-read for any adult children of parents who are terminally ill. It gives specific, practical advice along with emotional support. It makes the dying process less scary and shows the reader that death can be beautiful.

I tracked down a copy of this out-of-print book when I learned my mother's cancer prognosis was grim. I read it studiously in the months before her death, and consulted it in particular in her last days. It is a wonderful book. Very, very comforting and informative. I am so glad I followed its advice. I highly recommend it to anyone whose parent has a terminal illness.
