I purchased a copy of this book for my elderly mother who has been talking about planning ahead for her own funeral. This book is loaded with information about funerals and funeral homes, many things that we were unfamiliar with. In particular, she liked the detailed appendix with all those biblical phrases and the facts about different flowers. I liked the forms in the back of the book that helped her to become organized and share information with me, that I never would have known about. An excellent resource for anybody who wants to preplan a funeral themselves.

I found this book to be a good resource to expose the reader to the many things that need to be considered when planning a funeral. There is so much to know about this topic to make informed decisions that I was a little dissappointed at the lack of depth in covering topics. With many of the topics covered in just a few pages there wasn't enough depth to the explanations. Perhaps it takes more than approx 120 pages to adequately cover this subject.

Found this book to be not only educational but also in a format easily understood. I purchased several copies for my family and friends.
