He is a graduate of Cornell University School of Agriculture and Tufts University School of Medicine. For the first time it is easy for a lay person to hear a review the world's research on nutrition. Dr Greger manages to navigate the complexities of the science and present this life-saving information in a helpful, interesting way, yet with scientific integrity. These DVDs along with his web site are invaluable if you have any interest in what the science says about nutrition and health.
