This book not only has great and authentic recipes of foods that Latinos are cooking across the USA, it has great stories and explanations and the best FLAVOR of any cookboook I've used in a long time. The recipes work and the people who share their recipes--from Gloria Estefan to New Mexico Santero artist Charlie Carrillo and scores and scores of other famous and important Latinos--are real and easy to cook, yet different and captivating in a very special way.
