The audio CD that accompanies the book is very helpful and concise. I just completed a couple weeks in Nicaragua where the phrases contained in the book and on the CD were immensely helpful. The book is also sufficiently compact to carry around with you if necessary. My only gripe is the lack of color in the book, or any other quick-finding aids, for quickly locating needed phrases. Thus, I was forced to tab mine with little post-it notes. All in all, a great phrase book.

Just returned from a two week stay in Mexico. Though I didn't have time to study Spanish before leaving, this guide with the accompanying CD was a great tool. I uploaded the CD into my MP3 player and studied on the plane. The book is small, and easy to carry in your bag. Chapters are divided into topics (i.e. hotel, transportation, eating, etc). Definitely worth the price.

This was an awesome little phrase book! It was very handy and fit right in my purse! I found this book choc-full of useful, practical phrases and information! We used it everywhere on our trip to Buenos Aires, Argentina. You get a lot of bang for your buck on this one, and I highly recommend it!

This book came with a 70 minute CD to help with the phrase pronunciations. We've been listening to it on road trips to practice. The book itself has everything you need for a quick Spanish refresher course if you haven't used Spanish in a while. I think it would probably also be very helpful for a Spanish beginner.
