one of my favorite recipe book,
This review is from: Latin: A Culinary Journey of Discovery (Love Food) (Hardcover)
The book is divided into 4 parts (appetizers / main courses / vegetable dishes & salads / desserts) each part has 8 to 10 recipes with beautiful color pictures for each one of them.... It really opens up your appetite just flipping through the pages.... Even if you don't cook that much it's a nice book to have in your collection :)
