This instrument is very well made and I like the fact that you can tune it. It comes with a tuning key, and I bought a Chronos brand tambourine carrying case to store it in. Very nice!!

I do not play tambourine or know how to tune one but my friend and partner for my studio recorded with this thing last night and it sounded beautiful! We used an Apex 435 on it which we also recommend! Can't go wrong with these products, Amazon is great!

Got it to add some live sounding percussion to some scratch song mixes I am recording. Sounds cool, and can be used as tambourine or even tapped with the hands or fingers on the skin for cool sound. Hey, it beats adding more Cowbell.

I like this tambourine. Specifically because it CAN easially be tuned. Sounds great with a band. :)

I was not impressed. It does not sound as good as I would have liked and it is a little hard to use.
