Have had this bluetooth for almost a month now and works wonderfully. I only had one complaint about being hard to understand and that was when I was far away from my phone. Got for use in my car and it's wonderful for being able to pick up calls without fishing my phone out of my bag and risking a crash. Likewise it is simple to make a call using the bluetooth (it supports vocal commands if your phone does)I got it because it was said to be one of the best to use with the iphone and I have no complaints. Paired with my phone within seconds and works great. There is no in ear piece so it is more comfortable than a lot of ear pieces. Get's a little uncomfortable after long periods but only if you're going on an hour or longer car ride in my experience

Amazon is wonderful to deal with. Quick, efficient service. This headset is extremely comfortable, I do not even know I am wearing it. Call quality is great, my friends say they can't even tell I'm using a headset. Simple to operate, fantastic quality, priced right. Can't beat it!!

I read the reviews on this bluetooth, most sounded positive, but I was still skeptical. I didn't think I could hear well if something wasn't actually in my auditory canal. I also assumed it would flop around making it more difficult to hear. I've got to say that this bluetooth is extremely comfortable. It hugs your ear so hearing is clear and audible. It isn't uncomfortable and doesn't feel like you have a huge thing around the side of your head. I can hear well and people say they can hear me just fine. I love the color, as pink is my favorite. It's easy and convenient to adjust the volume - more convenient than other bluetooths I've had. The one draw back is the plug for recharging. You have to flip open the flap in the back of the unit to plug it in. The flap is very tight and difficult to get off. Once off it's held by a clear thread, much like nylon fishing line. I'm hoping it's more sturdy than it seems. Otherwise this was a great purchase for me! I would recommend this to anyone - of course, choose your own color! :-)

I have used Black Mocha(they call it "Chocolate Mocha") and I loved the quality. I use the Pink Hello Kitty phone and I found this Pink headset which matches my phone color. Without any hegitation, I bought this pink one just now. hehehe
