I had really high hopes for this item because of the great design. While the design is indeed fantastic it didn't work very well as a bluetooth headset. I have a Motorola phone and the connection had alot of static. I was only able to get a clear connection while holding the phone in my hand. As soon as I put it into my pocket or moved away, I could bearly hear any conversations, nor could anyone hear me. Hence after a week of use, I am returning it. Again, it is too bad because I really think they got the design right and I wish there were more manufacturers making bluetooth headsets that don't look like bluetooth headsets.
