I could not hear anything, volume was too low. Callers reported that they were able to hear me clearly, but I could barely hear them.

I ordered this bluetooth primarily for use while driving. It was paired with a Blackberry Tour.
I was first disappointed with the volume controls - or lack of. The difference between the lowest and highest volume settings are barely noticeable. Trying to increase the volume on the phone results in a message on the phone display that volume control is not a feature of the attached bluetooth device.
Making a voice call requires holding down the appropriate button on the bluetooth device for 4-5 seconds, waiting for a beep, and releasing before the device shuts off. A quick push of the button, or an accidental slip of the finger, automatically redials the last call.

On the plus side, it is comfortable to wear. If you need only a very basic device to answer the occasional incoming call while driving, it's pretty much worth the $10 I paid for mine. However, I need more than this and ended up paying more for a Motorola H700.

I bought a black one previously and it worked fine. Loved it so much I bought this white one for a friend as a birthday present. Unfortunately it did not work when they got it. They threw the packaging away so we cannot return it. The worst part is, the black one I bought for $12 from amazon and the white one I paid $30 for. You'd expect it to work ya know?
