This is repeated from disc 1 (don't remember what was on what)

Meant to review this two years ago! Was induced unexpectedly and hadn't been to Lamaze class (long story...thought I'd be a C but then they wanted to try vaginal).
Completely unprepared.

My husband and I watched this and part one at the hospital (was there two days). I watched the whole thing and would note the important parts for him and rewind to those parts.

Used it for help with breathing, coaching and eventually, pushing (although the nurse was a bit taken aback when I said, I poop him out, right?).

Would highly recommend to folks either before they do Lamaze classes or, if they're like me and pull a "Murphy Brown" (I'm not ready, I'm not ready).
