5.0 out of 5 stars simple but good for very young players September 16, 2013

I've only spent a few minutes evaluating this but here's what I like:
Most important is that it doesn't try to trick your child into navigating to other products or making one-click purchases like so many of the free apps for children do.
Neither does it have a lot of permissions.
It's a good, simple program designed to teach the names of body parts and interactivity. My daughter is 21 months old so she already knows the words, but I know she'll enjoy playing with this app because it's cute & musical. Level two will help her interactivity & following instruction skills.
Here's the game:
Choose level 1 or 2. Level one responds to touch anywhere on screen, so touching the foot in response to "where's the puppy's nose" makes the screen zoom in on the nose, say "nose", and show the word "nose". A little frog by the pup then does a related action (llike smelling a flower). When you're through the body parts, it plays a song & touching the screen puts up little stars. The level repeats with a cat. Level 2 uses the same characters, but you have to touch the right body part to progress. That's it. Nothing too advanced & not multi-faceted, just a smooth, cute platform for engagement & interactive learning.

It's great for babies who are just learning about faces - eyes, nose, ears, etc. Sweet animals and fun sounds make it a delight for baby to play.

My daughter loves this game, although she wishes that there were more things to do within the game. She loves it though because she has the DVD and the Puppy that go along with this game as well.

5.0 out of 5 stars fun for babies September 22, 2013

Obviously this isn't as hard as Ghouls N Ghosts or Mega Man 2,but it's very fun for babies. It features the dog you see on a lot of Fisher Price products. He asks where his eyes or nose or so forth is, and you have to point to the feature in question. It's teaching them while they learn!

3.0 out of 5 stars Cute & Simple October 18, 2013

A little too short but my 14 month old grandson enjoyed watching this with me. He smiled the whole 10 minutes or so that we watched it together -- young children don't mind watching the same thing over and over and over. It was a good way to keep him quietly entertained for a few minutes. I would like it a lot more if there were more than two screens to see.
