Having met in 1971 when they were 11, Danny and Luke have been playing in bands together since they were 15, so they knew exactly what they were going for… Read more in Amazon's Thunder Store

5.0 out of 5 stars Thunder Always "Thunders", February 4, 2004

I first bought this CD when it was released back in 1992 and still listen to it religiously today(I've worn out 2 other copies). Thunder always rocked (amazing for a British band of that time). From the hammer of "Fire to Ice" to the melodic sounds of "Like A Satellite" Thunder's sound is distinctive. I would recommend any Thunder CD to anyone who love good ol' fashioned rock and roll.

5.0 out of 5 stars Classic hard rock, extremely well done, June 9, 2009

I had Backstreet Symphony for years before I knew Thunder was so prolific. I had heard 'Dirty Love' on the radio back when it first came out and hunted it up. This album is probably just as good though I've gotten quite attached to the other one. I'm starting up my Thunder collection. If you like well-written, well-performed melodic hard rock with gritty, powerful vocals I'll be amazed if you don't like this. There's no hair metal cheese here. This is the real deal.

5.0 out of 5 stars They deserve to be KNOWN!, June 23, 2008

I am always searching for these bands I haven't heard before and I am again surprised to find yet another band that is not well known in U.S., but should be...Thunder could appeal to anyone who likes just about any type of rock, These guys are equal to Van Halen, or Foreigner or Bad Company, but even better maybe. Bluesy hard rock with excellent hooks.
